A 20-minute, child-centered progress check-in designed to help you understand how your child is growing, where they may need extra support, and how to adjust their learning path with confidence. Perfect for families using Teaching Little Monstars curriculum kits, skill packs, or skill builder classes who want expert guidance. A Progress Review Session gives you focused, personalized insight into your child’s current learning stage. This is a skills check-in to help you understand: • what skills your child has mastered • where they may be struggling • how to adjust pacing • which activities fit their learning style • whether they’re ready for the next kit or skill pack • how to support them at home using your existing materials You’ll leave the session with a simple plan, clear next steps, and renewed confidence in your child’s learning progress. This is ideal for parents who want expert guidance for children who thrive with flexible, neurodivergent-friendly learning support. WHAT’S INCLUDED ✔ 20-minute live progress check-in A quick skill observation + parent discussion. ✔ Light skill screening Informal check to see how your child is doing with literacy and math readiness skills. ✔ Updated learning recommendations Adjustments to pacing, difficulty level, or skill focus. ✔ Activity modifications How to tailor activities from your existing kits based on your child’s learning style (visual, hands-on, quiet learner, etc.). ✔ Next-step guidance • Which kit to use next • Whether a skill pack is needed • If they’d benefit from a seasonal skill builder class ✔ Notes & Summary A brief written summary (3–5 bullet points) emailed to you within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING, ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATION POLICY By booking any tutoring or small group services, all families agree to the following policies. Attendance & Scheduling • Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. Sessions cannot be extended past the end time due to late arrival. • Late Arrivals: If a student arrives more than 10 minutes late, the session is considered a missed session and will be charged as completed. • Supervision: A parent or guardian must remain within close proximity during the virtual session to assist with behavior, attention, or technical needs. • Cameras: Cameras must remain on for the duration of the tutoring session unless otherwise approved. Students must remain visible on screen. • Learning Environment: Students should be in a quiet, well-lit area free from distractions with all materials ready. • Scheduling: All tutoring sessions will be scheduled by the provider after purchase. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows the session time to be reopened for other families. • Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge. • Late Cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice): Charged as a full session. • No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice are charged as completed. More than two no-shows may result in loss of scheduling privileges. Refund Policy • All tutoring services, small groups classes, assessment components, sessions, and packages are 100% non-refundable. • ESA-funded sessions follow ESA guidelines and cannot be refunded or converted into other services. If you have questions, please contact us before scheduling your tutoring service. Package Terms • Packages must be used within 30 days of purchase. • Unused sessions cannot be carried over, transferred, or refunded.
