Shipping Overview
All of our busy books and kits are made to order and follow a monthly production cycle. This system ensures every product is crafted with care and shipped timely manner..

Pre-Order Window: 1st two weeks of each month

Fulfillment Window: 2nd two weeks of each month

Orders placed during the pre-order window → ship in the same month’s fulfillment window.

Orders placed during the fulfillment window → roll into the next month’s fulfillment window.

For example:

Orders placed March 1–14 → ship March 15–30.

Orders placed March 15–31 → ship April 15–30.

Domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Digital, Physical, and Custom Products
All sales are final. Because our products are made-to-order, custom, or digital in nature, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy also applies to orders not yet shipped.

Please review your cart carefully before completing a purchase. Completed orders can also be found under My Orders & Subscriptions in your account.

Memberships & Subscriptions
Memberships and subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
Care Instructions
Our busy books and kits are designed to be sturdy and reusable with proper care:

Wipe laminated pages and cards with a soft, damp cloth. Do NOT submerge in water.

Store flat or on a shelf to prevent bending.

Keep Velcro pieces together when not in use to maintain stickiness.

Supervise young children during use — small pieces may pose a choking hazard.
FAQ
When will my order ship?
Orders placed during the pre-order window ship in the same month’s fulfillment window. Orders placed during a fulfillment window ship the following month.
Can I request faster shipping?
At this time, we don’t offer rush shipping. Every product is handmade and follows the monthly fulfillment cycle.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email mjcooksey@teachinglittlemonstars.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll be happy to make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
All physical products are made-to-order orders are FINAL once placed.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are billed automatically. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for past charges.
How do I clean my busy book?
Simply wipe laminated pages with a soft, damp cloth. Do not soak.
